The housing here in Brisbane has become so unaffordable (Oz housing generally is the most expensive in the world per capita) trailer parks (and tent living) will definitely become part of the general urban landscape.
Unlike NZ where housing 50K's or so outside of Wgtn (Kapiti, Wairarapa for example) is affordable not so here. Oz'eees have no problem travelling great distances commuting to work that house prices in areas 2 hours drive or more from Brisbane are not much lower than a similar socio-economic suburb in Brisbane (ie a distance greater than Wgtn to P'Nth) .
